In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

To register and maintain an active account on maca73, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform. maca73 enforces a strict 21+ policy in accordance with responsible gaming principles applicable to the Indonesian market.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. maca73 currently serves members located within the Indonesian archipelago, from Jakarta and Surabaya to Medan, Bandung, Bali, Makassar, and beyond.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals under guardianship or those who have been declared legally incapacitated may not register.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one active maca73 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
• Prohibited Persons: Current employees, directors, officers, and contractors of maca73 and its affiliated entities, as well as their immediate family members residing in the same household, are not eligible to open player accounts.
• Self-Exclusion: Individuals who have previously activated a self-exclusion arrangement with maca73 and whose exclusion period remains active are not eligible to register or re-register during that period.

Registration on the maca73 platform requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. The following conditions apply to all accounts:

• Accurate Information: You must provide your legal full name, valid date of birth, current Indonesian residential address, active email address, and a mobile phone number registered in Indonesia. Providing false or misleading information constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for selecting a strong password and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. maca73 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
• Notification of Compromise: You must notify maca73 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access has occurred.
• Account Sharing: Your maca73 account is strictly personal. You may not allow, facilitate, or permit any third party to access or use your account on your behalf.
• Currency: All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). maca73 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

maca73 reserves the right to decline any registration application without obligation to provide a reason. Registration does not guarantee approval; all accounts are subject to ongoing compliance and risk assessment.

4.1 Deposits. maca73 accepts deposits via the following verified Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must originate from an account or instrument registered in the member's own name.

• Minimum deposit: Rp 25.000 (subject to payment method minimums).
• Maximum deposit limits vary by membership tier and are communicated within the member's account dashboard.
• Deposits are credited to the member's account balance in real time upon successful payment confirmation from the relevant banking channel.
• maca73 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Third-party deposits — funds sent from an account not registered in the member's own name — are strictly prohibited and will be returned where possible, or held pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the member's most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification status and applicable processing times.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000.
• Withdrawals requested before 15:00 WIB (UTC+7) on a banking business day are typically processed within the same session for verified Diamond and Platinum tier members.
• Standard processing time for verified accounts is 1–3 banking business days, depending on the receiving institution.
• maca73 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, in particular for amounts exceeding Rp 10.000.000 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during Indonesian national holidays (including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Nyepi) may experience delays beyond standard processing times.
• Pending bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.

maca73 offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering (turnover) requirement, stated in multiples of the bonus amount (e.g., 5x, 10x). The applicable wagering requirement is communicated at the point of bonus issuance.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired bonus funds are automatically forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games, togel lottery, and sportsbook markets may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–50%). Specific contribution rates are listed in the individual bonus terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise specified, only one bonus may be active per account at any given time. Opting into a new promotion while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: maca73 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns associated with bonus abuse, arbitrage, or matched betting. Accounts found to be engaging in such activity will have their bonus balances forfeited and may be subject to account closure.
• Right to Withdraw: maca73 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. This includes correcting errors in promotional materials where applicable.

6.1 Sportsbook. All sportsbook bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. maca73 offers markets across major football competitions including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and the UEFA Champions League, as well as Timnas Indonesia fixtures and the Piala AFF. Bandar bola (football bookmaker) markets, mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets, and voor bola (handicap) lines are governed by the applicable sportsbook rule set, available in the platform's Help Centre.

• maca73 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at obviously incorrect odds resulting from a technical or human error.
• In-play bets are accepted at the live odds displayed at the precise moment the bet is confirmed. Latency-related discrepancies are resolved in accordance with the recorded server-side timestamp.
• Maximum payout limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the bet slip prior to confirmation.

6.2 Casino & Slot Games. All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) engines supplied by our licensed studio partners including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. Slot gacor titles are sourced from studios whose published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages meet maca73's minimum threshold.

6.3 Togel. Togel lottery draw results are sourced directly from the official result feeds of the respective lottery bodies (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, Sydney, and Macau). maca73 does not influence, modify, or delay the publication of draw results.

6.4 Sabung Ayam. Sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting) live stream wagering is offered as a product within the maca73 platform. Outcomes are determined by the live event result as declared by the officiating arena referee, and are final. Markets are governed by the specific sabung ayam rule set published within the platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the maca73 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information or identity documents.
• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one maca73 account.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit promotions.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip-dumping, or organised fraud targeting maca73 or other members.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing anomalies for financial gain. Winnings derived from exploitation of known errors will be voided.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract proprietary code or data from the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing maca73 staff or other members through any communication channel.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties ("agent betting") without explicit written authorisation from maca73.

maca73 is committed to operating a secure, fraud-resistant platform. As part of this commitment, all members are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawal requests or accessing certain platform features.

• Documents Required: Members must submit a valid government-issued photo identification (national ID card / KTP, or valid Indonesian passport) and proof of residential address (bank statement or utility bill dated within 90 days).
• Submission: Documents must be submitted in clear, unobstructed digital format (JPEG or PDF) via the account verification section of the platform dashboard.
• Processing Time: Standard KYC review is completed within 1–3 business days. Complex cases requiring additional documentation may take longer; support will contact the member directly.
• Enhanced Due Diligence: For accounts processing high transaction volumes or flagged by maca73's risk monitoring systems, enhanced due diligence (EDD) may be required, including source-of-funds documentation.
• Refusal of Verification: Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a formal request will result in account restrictions, including suspension of withdrawal access.

• Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.
• No content from the maca73 platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from maca73.
• Game content, RNG software, and live studio feeds are the intellectual property of their respective studio providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, and others) and are used under licence.
• Any unauthorised use of maca73 intellectual property will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, maca73 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if maca73 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service failures, internet connectivity issues, or events beyond maca73's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Errors in game outcomes that have been independently verified as correct by the relevant RNG audit body or live event result authority.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by Indonesian banking system outages, public holiday closures, or e-wallet provider maintenance windows.

maca73's total aggregate liability to any member in connection with any single incident or series of connected incidents shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that member in the 90 days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

12.1 Closure by Member. You may request the closure of your maca73 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Pending bets will be settled at their natural conclusion. Verified account balances (excluding bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 banking business days.

12.2 Closure by maca73. maca73 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, collusion, or money laundering.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements mandating account closure.
• Extended account inactivity (accounts with zero balance inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be archived).

12.3 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure, all bonus funds are forfeited. Real-money balances in a closed account will be handled in accordance with maca73's internal funds management policy and applicable law. maca73 is not obligated to pay out balances where closure resulted from proven fraud or breach of terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which maca73 holds its international operating licence. By using the platform, you agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved as follows:

• Step 1 — Internal Complaint: Submit your complaint in English to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". maca73 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours (WIB) and issue a substantive response within 10 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the resolution at Step 1, you may request escalation to maca73's senior compliance team. A final internal decision will be issued within a further 14 business days.
• Step 3 — Arbitration: If the dispute remains unresolved after the internal escalation process, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognised commercial arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or declaratory relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

maca73 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, maca73 will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• Display a prominent in-platform notification to all active members for a minimum of 7 days following the change.
• Send an email notification to the registered email address of all active members for changes that materially affect member rights or financial terms.

Your continued use of the maca73 platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Clause 12.
